We welcome all players with different abilities - for us it is the taking part and enjoying the company of fellow hockey players in and around Thame.

If you want to 'try before you buy'.  Come along to training every Wednesday at Thame Leisure Centre - please see details elsewhere on the site. All prospective members of Thame Hockey Club are required to complete this registration form and return it with payment prior to selection for the league season. All details will be kept in a secure database with access restricted to authorised club officers only.

Please complete and hand it in with your payment to our Treasurer -  Cliff Brown, or one of the other committee members, before the end of October.
