U12 Boys - Oxfordshire League V Bicester U12
We played away at Bicester in the Oxfordshire League today - We won 12-1 over 4 x 10' quarters.
We took a squad of 9 players who all contributed delightfully as a team and showed their parents an exciting brand of possession and passing hockey.
We built well from the back, used the width and wing backs (Maurits, Hugo and Saketh) well plus stood firm in defense (Ben, Max, Jasper) breakdown down Bicester's game - Ned wasn't too busy, but made 3 critical saves today with the approval of the supporting parents. Charlie ran the midfield and supported Olly who is enjoying his thirst for goals.
Goals - Olly (6), Charlie (4), Saketh (1) Hugo (1)
Thanks to the parents for with great support and encouragement on a beautiful Sunday mid-morning.
We take the three points, remain unbeaten going into November and move to next weekend where we take on Wallingford at the TLC
